We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Due to hygiene reasons, used makeup brushes cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
